  • HOT-DIPPED GALVANIZED, NOT ELECTROPLATED - Molten zinc dipping coats the hole walls and stamped edges as well as the faces, which is why the plate reads gray and matte rather than bright silver.
  • FLAT 90 DEGREE CORNER PLATE - Legs measure 3-1/2 in long by 1-5/8 in wide and stay in one plane, so a square corner joint adds no extra stack height behind the channel run.
  • THREE HOLES ANCHOR BOTH LEGS - Two bolts on one leg and one on the other keep the corner from rotating under load on shelving uprights, pipe racks, solar rails, and equipment frames.
  • 3/16 IN (4.8 MM) STAMPED STEEL - Holes are a nominal 1/2 in on 1-7/8 in centers for 1-5/8 in strut channel. Check your bolt shank and channel spacing before ordering to confirm the fit.
  • SIX PLATES, BOLTS SOLD SEPARATELY - Channel nuts and spring nuts are not included. For load-bearing framing, confirm requirements with your project engineer before you install.
