The dimension of the holes is large enough to allow for seasonal ground movement or wood shrink and keep the latches work properly.
  • Redesigned Screws: We value the issue of screw breakage mentioned in the reviews. Since 2025, we have equipped the strike plate with a new version of screws: torx reinforced screws and equipped with screw bit. The 3-inch screw adopts a double cut type-17 design, which can make the screw drive in more smoothly, prevent the wooden strip from cracking, and effectively prevent the screw from breaking off. 1" screw also included.
  • Applicable to door handle latch and deadbolt spaced from 5-1/2” to 6” hole centers.
